BRIDGE Sibs is partnering with Amore Learning to provide monthly virtual programming for siblings who have or had a sibling with a special healthcare need (example: disabilities, cancer, chronic medical condition, etc.).
-
Each month, kids will meet with Dr. Madeleine Gagnon, pediatrician & adult sibling, and a different Amore specialist - including Broadway stars, fashion designers, coding instructors, and more - to create meaningful friendships, explore their feelings, have fun, and create a unique space to call their own.
About Us
Dr. Madeleine Gagnon is an adult sibling and a board certified pediatrician who since graduating from Georgetown University School of Medicine has worked to promote happy and healthy lifestyles for people with disabilities. She is a member of the board for the American Academy of Pediatrics (MN Chapter). She is a frequently featured medical expert on CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX affiliates.
Amore Learning (www.amorelearning.com) is a Washington DC-based education business founded by Chloe Kaplan that offers creative enrichment classes, individualized tutoring, and educational consulting based on inspiring a love of learning. They are generously providing their partnership on this virtual space via Amore for All, their not-or-profit branch of Amore Learning.
